Office Manager

Lilly Lumpkin

Lilly is from Lucedale and graduated from George County High School in 2018. While in high school she was a member of the George County track team. Lilly is currently working towards her nutrition and personal training certification. She is so excited to be working at Premiere!



Kiersten Boyett

Kiersten began her ballet training at the age of five at Azalea City Dance Theatre under Paula Johnson, a former member of New York City Ballet. She studied under Mrs. Johnson for seven years before transferring to Mobile Ballet where she continued her training in ballet and jazz for four years. Kiersten began teaching at GraceLines Dance Studio in Mobile, Alabama in 2007 at the age of 15. She taught ballet and jazz classes until GraceLines' close in the spring of 2016. From the summer of 2012 until December 2015, she directed her own ballet company, South Alabama Youth Ballet, where she choreographed and directed several full length ballets including the classics, The Nutcracker and Swan Lake, as well as a number of original ballets. Kiersten has also choreographed several lyrical pieces for the instructional videos for children's musicals written by Dove-Award winner Annette Oden. She loves teaching and sharing her passion for dance with all of her students. She lives in Mobile with her husband and in 2018 they had their first daughter, Amelia.



Rebecca Davis

Rebecca is a dance instructor and choreographer working along the Gulf Coast. Since 2011, she has trained dancers of all ages and levels in classical ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and more. She currently teaches at multiple studios in both Mississippi and Alabama, emphasizing the importance of classical ballet for all dance students. She has trained under many notable teachers including Winthrop Corey, Sydney Adams, Pamela Thompson, Dorothy Lister, Noel Hanley, Renata Pavam, and others. She also received summer training and scholarships from several prestigious companies including Ballet Austin, Ballet Pensacola, Ballet Magnificat, Alabama Ballet, and Ballet Chicago. Rebecca is a former senior company member with Mobile Ballet as well as a former principal dancer with South Alabama Youth Ballet. Her choreography works have been selected to perform at the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Alabama Dance Festivals. She has many pieces that have won state and national titles in Fine Art Competitions. Above all, Rebecca believes that the foundation of all dance is passion, and it is her mission to instill this passion in her students.



Josie Davis

Josie is a certified dance instructor and choreographer who has worked throughout south Mississippi. Since 2012 she has trained all ages in tap, ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, acro and lyrical. Josie has danced alongside Abby Lee Miller and Maddie Ziegler. She has also danced alongside New York's Rockets with an invitation from the dance competition KAR. She has choreographed many numbers which have placed overalls at national dance competitions and have received two national titles. She has been selected to choreograph at the Beau Rivage resort, the show "Bye Bye Birdy" at Biloxi Theater, The show "Hairspray" at Stone County High School and a "remembering Maya Angelou" show. Josie is attending MGCCC where she is a part of the Perkette dance team. 



Shayla Blackwell

Shayla began her dance journey in 2007 in the Lucedale area. In high school she was on the Varsity dance team and placed 6th out of 16 5a/6a teams at MHSAA for the year 2014 and placed 4th out of 16 5a/6a teams in 2015. In college, she performed as a Perkette for the Band of Gold taking lessons under Kelli Dickens. Also co-coreographing small pieces for the Gulf Coast Fall Gala. Dancing for her is a happy place and she hopes to inspire young students to find all the joys dance has to offer. She lives in Lucedale with her husband and in 2019 they had their first daughter, Blakely.
